View ProductWe ship frozen products at −18 °C or below in an unbroken cold chain. A temperature logger travels with the container and we share the record with you on arrival.
Our standard order quantity is one container load — 20 tonnes, 20′ or 40′ FCL. The minimum varies by product: for some references we can plan lots starting from 5 tonnes.
We are flexible on delivery terms: we work under EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. CIF is the most comprehensive term we offer; customs clearance in the destination country rests with the buyer. Which one suits you best depends on your own freight and insurance arrangements — if you are unsure, let's look at it together.
Every shipment comes with a certificate of analysis, technical specification, certificate of origin and health certificate. If your destination country requires an additional document, we settle that together at the order stage.
Other questionsNo fruit is harvested twelve months a year, yet a production line runs twelve months a year. We close that gap by planning the northern and southern hemispheres in rotation.
Strawberries are picked in early spring in Egypt and Morocco, and at the opposite end of the calendar in Chile. Mango forms an almost unbroken chain across India, Peru and Côte d'Ivoire. We build contracts around this and plan in advance which origin ships in which part of the year.
